Welcome to the group registration form for VAC 2025.

This group registration form is for a minimum of three delegates from the one institution. Each delegate receives a discount on Super Early Bird, Early Bird or Standard registration, applicable to all registration categories. 

• If you are registering a group of attendees but as the main contact for the group you are not attending the Meeting as a delegate, please tick the box below and enter your contact details.  Then select the number of attendees you are registering to attend in the Group Size dropdown box and add the names of each attendee.  You will be taken through the registration form to register each attendee individually.

• If you are attending the Meeting as a delegate please select the number of attendees you are registering for the Meeting in the Group Size dropdown box and add the names of each attendee.  You will be taken through the registration form to register each attendee individually.

• As the main contact for the group all registrations will be billed to you and you will be emailed an invoice for all registrations in your group.  If different billing details are required these may be noted in the Billing Details section of the form.

• Each attendee will receive a confirmation email and you will also be sent a copy of their emails.

• Once you have completed the registration for the first attendee you may then continue adding the details for each additional attendee.  Once all attendees have been added click Submit to submit your group of registrations.
