Biography
Evgeniya Zakharova-Luneva is a Rehabilitation Medicine Physician with the Queensland Spinal Cord Injuries Service in Brisbane, Australia. She has a special interest in pressure injury management in people with spinal cord injury. An early career researcher, she recently completed her project, Complications of Post-Flap Surgery in People with SCI, as part of the Hopkins Seed Grant 2024.

Hirokazu Saiwai, MD, PhD, is an orthopedic spine surgeon at the Spinal Injuries Center in Japan. His clinical practice focuses on spinal cord injury and spinal trauma. His research interests include neurological recovery after spinal cord injury and surgical treatment of spinal disorders.
