• Orthopaedic surgeon and specialist trauma surgeon,
• Since 2010 at the Spinal Cord Injury Centre, BG Trauma Centre Murnau, Murnau, Germany
• More than 15 years’ experience in the treatment of pressure injuries and flap surgery
• Member of ISCOS and DMGP
• Member of ISCOS Prevention committee
• Chair of ISCOS pressure injury subcommittee
• Head of guideline group of DMGP for prevention and treatment of pressure injuries
