He obtained the Secondary School Certificate & Higher Secondary Certificate from the Rajshahi Board. He also received a Bachelor's of Physiotherapy & Master's of Physio from the University of Dhaka & MPH from BMU. Neuro-Musculoskeletal Physio, especially spinal pain and ergonomic Musculoskeletal Disorder, is a research interest.

Dr. Shambhovi Mitra is an Associate Professor and Head of Clinical Research at ISIC Multispeciality Hospital, New Delhi. She holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and has over 17 years of experience in rehabilitation, clinical research, physiotherapy education, and patient care. Her expertise encompasses spinal cord injury rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary physiotherapy, neurorehabilitation, biomechanics, gait analysis, critical care physiotherapy, and rehabilitation technology. In her current role, Dr. Mitra leads clinical research initiatives, oversees regulatory and ethics compliance, coordinates multidisciplinary research programmes, and mentors postgraduate students and early-career researchers. She has supervised over 27 postgraduate dissertations and has been instrumental in developing academic programmes, strengthening clinical collaborations, and establishing high-quality research governance systems aligned with NABH and CDSCO standards. Her research focuses on spinal cord injury rehabilitation, respiratory muscle function, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, gait and movement analysis, cognitive rehabilitation, and the development of affordable rehabilitation technologies. She has secured competitive research funding, including the AO Spine National Research Grant (2023) for developing a low-cost mobile phone-based respiratory assessment and rehabilitation device for individuals with spinal cord injury. Dr. Mitra has published extensively in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to national clinical practice guidelines and book chapters in physiotherapy. Her work bridges clinical practice, engineering innovation, and translational research to improve functional outcomes and quality of life for individuals with neurological and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Sanjida Subahan graduated in Speech & Language Therapy from BHPI affiliated to the University of Dhaka at 2016, obtained Masters in Disability Management & Rehabilitation (MDMR) in 2019 and also continuing another Masters in Rehabilitation Science (MRS) with full funded SDF Scholarship. She has more than 8 years Clinical and Teaching experience in several areas related to Speech & Language Therapy and rehabilitation. She participated in a number of International and National conferences, symposium, seminars and training. Her areas of specialty are Teaching skills, Voice Disorder for Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Patient, Dysphasia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Speech & language Delay/Disorder, and Communication Rehabilitation. She has Scientific Publications including both National and International Journal.

Dr. Raktim Swarnakar, MBBS, MD (AIIMS, New Delhi), is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at AIIMS Deoghar, India. His clinical and research interests include spinal cord injury rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, pressure injury management, and rehabilitation research. He has received several national and international recognitions, including the International Scholarship by the Korean Academy of Rehabilitation (KARM) 2025 for the International Fellowship Program in Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation, South Korea; ISPRM President's Cabinet Grant 2026; Best Young Scientist Award 2025; Early-Career Researcher Award 2026; IPARM Rehabilitation Research Award 2024; IFNR Young Investigator Award 2024; Bindeshwari Sudershan IAPMR Gold Medal Award; IPARM Gold Medal; and the ICMR MD Thesis Grant Support Fellowship. He has also received multiple awards for research presentations and competitive posters, as well as travel grants from the Movement Disorder Society of India and the International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders. He has more than 50 peer-reviewed publications in national and international journals and three book chapters, with research spanning spinal cord injury, telerehabilitation, pressure injury management, Parkinson’s disease, and emerging technologies in rehabilitation.
