Volodymyr Golyk
Neurologist, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Physician, PhD, Assoc. professor, FEBPRM, Technical Officer WHO Country Office in Ukraine, Disability and Rehabilitation, Dnipro, Ukraine
Dr. Volodymyr Golyk is a Technical Officer for Disability and Rehabilitation at the WHO Country Office in Ukraine. With a PhD, he is an Associate Professor in Neurology and a Docent in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. He has consulted for the City Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Dnipro, directed the School of Rehabilitation Medicine at Ukrainian Catholic University, and contributed to key WHO reports on rehabilitation in Ukraine. An Individual Honor Roll Member of ISPRM, he also plays a role in developing national health policies for rehabilitation and assistive technology.
Andrei Krassioukov
MD, PhD, FRCPC (PI), professor at the Department of Medicine, Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Chair in Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada
Dr. Andrei Krassioukov is a Professor and Endowed Chair of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of British Columbia (UBC), where he also serves as Associate Director and Scientist at ICORD, and Director of the Autonomic Research Unit. He completed his MD in Volgograd, Russia, and his PhD at the Pavlov Institute of Physiology in St. Petersburg. Dr. Krassioukov has been a leader in spinal cord injury (SCI) research, notably developing international standards for assessing autonomic function after SCI. He has published over 350 peer-reviewed articles and holds numerous prestigious awards, including Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences and the American Spinal Injury Association.
Prof. Dr. med. Ruth Kirschner-Hermanns
MD, PhD, urologist, appointed as Professor for Neuro-Urology at the University Clinic of Bonn, Germany in 2012
Dr. Ruth Kirschner-Hermanns is a Professor of Neuro-Urology affiliated with the University Clinic of Bonn, Germany, and heads the Department of Neuro-Urology at the Johanniter Neurological Rehabilitation Centre Godeshöhe in Bonn. She is renowned for her expertise in urodynamic diagnostics and has authored numerous internationally cited publications. As a co-author of several national and international guidelines, she is actively involved in establishing a nationwide Neuro-Urology service in Ukraine, supported by the German Charity Fund “Continence Research and Continence Education,” which she founded in 2006.
Liliya Tryfonyuk

Dr. Liliya Tryfonyuk is an Associate Professor and urologist at Rivne Regional Clinical Hospital in Ukraine. She graduated with honors from Bukovina State Medical University in 2006 and earned a PhD in medicine from the Warsaw Military Institute in 2020. As President of the Ukrainian Association of Reconstructive Urogynecology, she has over 15 years of experience in oncourology and general urology. Dr. Tryfonyuk has authored over 90 scientific articles and has been recognized with the Order of Princess Olga III and the Certificate of Honor from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Dmytro Razkevych
MD, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Physician, physician at the ME "Rivne Oblast Hospital of War Veterans" of Rivne Oblast Council, Klevan, Ukraine.
Dr. Dmytro Razkevych focuses on rehabilitation following spinal cord injuries and serves as a member of the Board of the Ukrainian Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.
